MP23 production comprehensive logging tool with the diameter of Ф23mm has 4 pup joints: telemetry magnetic locating pressure temperature pup joint, flow rate water holdup collector pup joint, gamma pup joint and density pup joint. Every pup joint is made of special steel and other material which is corrosion resistant. It transmits by single cable Manchester’s Code. The instrument can get 7 parameters in one trip. It can undertake the logging tasks with the temperature not higher than 175℃(350℉) and pressure not more than 100MPa (15000PSI) both onshore and offshore.

Advantages:

• The instrument is short with simple solid structure and the overall length 4 meter.
• The gamma tools adopts electron multiplier photo tube from Japan with high temperature resistance, wide plateau, good anti-shock performance.
• The temperature sensor uses imported platinum resistor which has the advantages of small temperature measurement delay, good repeatability and high accuracy etc
• Water holdup capacity sensor is integrated structure of insulator and metal core. Very small value drifts under high pressure, which has been accredited with patent certificate.
• The cloth of the collector is covered with protective layer. The layer can be removed automatically when opening, so as to avoid the cloth being worn when tripping in to improve the reliability of measurement.
